NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF ANTISEISMIC SLIDING BELT PERFORMANCE

One of the effective methods for ensuring seismic resistance buildings and structures located in seismic-prone areas is use an active protection system. The most common at present system based on isolation. Seismic isolations form rubber-metal (RMB) pendulum sliding bearings (PSB) have gained great popularity our country abroad. Also known isolation a belt foundation level. Unlike RMB PSB, easier to manufacture, install, maintain, however, it less studied there are still lack sufficient design justifications. In this study, effectiveness isolating level with PTFE plates was investigated: methodology calculating building using direct dynamic method developed; studies were conducted influence friction coefficient minimization component anti-seismic example 9-story monolithic reinforced concrete under one-component excitation.
